Creator Music Prompts

Post-generation workflow

What to do after Suno generates a song

A practical workflow for moving from raw AI output to a cleaner, documented, release-ready track.

Step 1

Score the song

Use a keeper score or your own rubric before spending time on weak generations.

Step 2

Export and archive

Save the final audio, prompt, lyrics, stems if available, screenshots, and project notes.

Step 3

Run release QC

Use Release Lab to check loudness estimate, sample peak, clipping, silence, stereo channels, and master versions.

Step 4

Add human finishing

Make arrangement, instrument, foley, mix, or master decisions that show real creator involvement.

Step 5

Prepare distribution

Clean up title, artist name, artwork, release date, upload file, and disclosure notes before distribution.

Step 6

Promote intentionally

Create a short story, social post, canvas/video asset, and playlist pitch around the finished release.

The short version

Do not upload raw exports blindly
Do not trust browser estimates as final mastering approval
Do document AI use and human finishing decisions
